Welcome again to TCSS! As part of your onboarding process, you are required to complete the following DHS trainings and return the required documents. Please follow each step carefully.
TrainLink
TrainLink is Minnesota DHS’s official online learning system for required trainings and certifications.
It helps new staff register, complete, and track mandatory courses like EIDBI 101 and Cultural Responsiveness.
This training is required — upon completion, email your certificate to zahrasaid@tcssmn.com.
Vulnerable Adults Mandated Reporting (VAMR)
VAMR (Vulnerable Adults Mandated Reporting) teaches mandatory guidelines and legal duties for reporting abuse or neglect of vulnerable adults in Minnesota.
Register with your personal information, for position select : “Other Mandated Reporter“
Complete the 20-question test, and forward your certificate to us.

Mandated Reporting Training
The Child Welfare Mandated Reporting Training explains how to recognize and report child abuse or neglect in Minnesota.
Complete the 3 modules, fill in your personal info, receive a code, and use it to claim your certificate.

ASD Strategies in Action
ASD Strategies in Action provides practical tools and real-life examples for supporting individuals with autism.
Complete the “Many Faces of Autism” module.
Click “Get Started”, register with your personal information, and complete “Many Faces of Autism” (1.5 hours).
Note: Longer 10.5-hour courses are not required.

40 Hour RBT Training
The 40-Hour RBT Training covers essential ABA principles and prepares you for the Registered Behavior Technician role.
